As a Meditation:
Connirae goes over the steps to use the Wholeness Process as a meditation.
This section will make sense only if you've watched the demonstration with Kate in Video 15.
It is basically the same process, except that the beginning and ending are different.
- You don’t need to have an issue. Begin with a mind/body scan and explore whatever you find.
- You don’t need to test. When you are using the process meditatively, you just follow the flow of your experience.
