Video 37 –
Integrating What’s Missing

Choosing and Setup for "What's Missing"

The group chooses "Integrating What's Missing" from 3 options. Connirae describes how and when this is useful. Example of woman working with pain in the heart, who ended up feeling neutral, and like she was missing something.

The difference between emptiness that is peaceful, stillness, and the emptiness that is missing something.

    Hi Connirae,

I love to also learn about the “admiring someone\critizising someone” process. You mention in this video that the group would get a handout for that even if they didn’t choose for this option. Could I get a handout mailed to me? That would be lovely. Thank you in any case for the wonderful processes of this workshop and the possibility to learn it in this format. Bhasha

Hi Bhasha, I’ve received several requests for this, so I think I’ll add that handout to this site for everyone who is interested. I’m actually working with a different way of working with things we find fault with in others, or react to in others, and am expecting to teach it on Day 3 of the new trainings. There keep being more applications for this work.

I can see this process developing further and further in it’s specific applications. I look forward to learning more about what you discover (perhaps at a live training at some point!) and I also look forward to playing with it myself to see if I can find anything as well. Thank you so much for providing us with such a fun tool to play with that I think has the capacity to expand into a vast array of applications!

Has this handout on the admiring/criticizing been posted? I don’t seem to be able to find it.

Hi Michael, No, this handout isn’t part of the 2-day Wholeness training. I’ve been working out some new ways to do that piece. I think it’s another useful piece, and I might need to go to a 4-day training to teach it.
If I can find a web platform that’s good enough, what I’d like to do is teach an advanced wholeness class online, open to only people who have been through this training or a live 2-day training. This would be a weekly class (or every-other week), and be a way to support people in deepening their use of the work, plus I can teach the Day 3 material, and formats like what you’re asking about. Let me know if you know a good platform. I’ve tested quite a few and they still seem somewhat cumbersome for people to use. I’d like to have a group of say 25 people, and able to bring any 2 people’s webcams on the screen at any time, so that we could have demonstrations plus Q & A “live”. There are a number of programs that do this, but they take a bit of training for people to use reliably.
I’m waiting for something that doesn’t take as much “tech support.” It would be nice to be able to pair people up for exercises too, plus video record.
